1. Description of Service

Scale Your Leads LLC provides marketing and consulting services focused on lead generation, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach. Our Service includes tools for email sending, list cleaning, and data enrichment for cold email campaigns. When engaged for full-service marketing, we assume responsibility for all outreach activities. However, consulting clients remain responsible for compliance with relevant laws, including CAN-SPAM, data privacy regulations, and ensuring lawful use of data.

2. User Responsibilities

As a consulting client, you agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including cold email regulations, data laws, and the CAN-SPAM Act.

• Ensure any data provided for outreach has been legally obtained and meets relevant privacy standards.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of Service.

3. Fees and Billing

Our fees, terms of payment, and billing structures are outlined in your contract, which may include one-time payments, monthly retainers, or revenue-sharing models. All pricing information is specified in your contract. Refunds are not permitted unless otherwise stated within the contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, software, and technology associated with our Service are the property of Scale Your Leads LLC. Using our Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service or its content. 5. Refund Policy Unless required by law, Scale Your Leads is not obligated to provide you a refund at any time or for any reason. All refund policies are enforced with contracts and agreements signed by Scale Your Leads and their clients.

1. Cancellation of Service by Scale Your Leads

In addition to the above, Scale Your Leads reserves the right to cancel the Service unilaterally under the following circumstances: You are in breach of any of these terms; We detect unusual usage patterns or unauthorized uses in relation to the Service; You attempt to inflict damage or harm our reputation, work or Service; In response to requests from law enforcement or other public agencies; You become a subject of a petition in a bankruptcy or any other proceeding relating to insolvency, cessation of business, liquidation or assignment for the benefit of creditors.

1. Cancellation of Service by User

Unless stated or agreed otherwise in writing, all contracts automatically renew at the end of the initial term. Users can cancel by providing written notice at least 30 days ahead of renewal.

8. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy. We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties. Any contact information provided through inquiries on our website is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Scale Your Leads LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
